Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, the hotel is conveniently close to Metrotown where I was getting a medical procedure done in late March. the Skytrain station is just a short walk away, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. the staff at the front desk, especially Mike, were incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome.
The kitchenette was lightly supplied.

We chose this hotel for its convenient location close to a Skytrain stop. The 2 bedroom suite was perfect for our multigenerational family group. The bedrooms were spacious, comfortable, and had nice bedspreads. The front desk staff were friendly and really helpful.
Nothing, all excellent.

The room was very spacious and the sofa beside was convenient. Air-con was newer, therefore quiet. Kitchenette was available, w/ toaster, fridge, microwave, stove, even utensils. Quiet for its standards, considering it was close to the roads.
No bathroom exhaust fan, might be a GVA thing. Lock on the bathroom window was broken. Fridge was not the no-frost type, so there was ice build-up.

The rooms were spacious and had plenty of space for all of my Christmas gifts. The location was perfect for exploring the nearby attractions and the staff was friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast had a good variety of options which made for a great start to the day.
The bathroom was lacking an exhaust fan which left it feeling quite foggy after a shower. There were some ants that managed to make their way into the room which was a bit of a nuisance.

Location and the pool
The ice machine never had any ice, our room was not cleaned the first day, but besides that we would come back there again even though the kids tournament parents were really loud and left a big mess in the morning on sunday.

The inn is quite cheap, but very comfortable. The staff is friendly and ready to solve with courtesy any problem, from the wrong booking (I arrived one day before the anticipated date!) to the umbrella when it suddenly rains. The place is in front of a stop of the SkyTrain, so that one can reach both Vancouver in one direction, and the Burnaby Park (with Simon Fraser University) in the other direction in few stops. Wireless connectivity is excellent. I was able to video-call in Italy every day without problems. There is a nice swimming pool too ... but too cold when I was there!

This hotel offers great value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location near the Science Center stop is perfect for easy access to downtown Vancouver. Additionally, it is situated in a quiet residential neighborhood, ensuring a peaceful stay. The staff were attentive and provided excellent service, offering a warm welcome upon arrival. The rooms with a king size bed were spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing environment. Finally, the breakfast provided a satisfying start to the day, with a variety of options available.
All in all, everything was satisfactory or better.

It has close proximity to the sky train and Simon Fraser University. The employees were very polite.
I found it drab and dark. It advertised a kitchenette but nothing worked. The room had a damp musty smell to it.
